1. Project Assistant: 01 Post
2. Project Fellow: 07 Posts
3. Senior Project Fellow: 04 Posts
4. Research Associate: 01 Post
5. Senior Research Fellow: 03 Posts
6. Junior Research Fellow: 06 Post
7. Junior Research Fellow/ Project Assistant: 01 Post
8. Skilled Manpower: 02 Posts
9. Data Entry Operator: 04 Posts
10. Research Intern: 15 Posts

Education Qualification :

For S.No.1 : The candidates must have MSc. (Physics) or B.Tech (Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engg) from the recognized university.
For S.No.2 : The candidates must have B.Tech (Mechanical & Automation Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Engg/ relevant field) from the recognized university.
For S.No.3 : The candidates must have M.Tech (Material Engg, material science, Nano science) from the recognized university.
For S.No.4 : The candidates must have Ph.D (Physics/ Materials/ Electronics/ Nanoscience/ Nanotechnology) from the recognized university.

Age Limit :

For S.No.1 :The candidates age not exceed above 25 years of age.
For S.No.1, 2, 6, 7, 9 :The candidates age not exceed above 28 years of age.
For S.No.8 :The candidates age not exceed above 30 years of age.

The relaxation in age is provided for all the reserved candidates.

Selection process :

The candidates selection will be made on the basis of interview.
