distance degree holder should also be given permission to apply for this examination…if they can not apply for this just becoz they are distance degree holder then why this degree programme has been introduced by the authority….
My own brother is a graduate from IGNOU and also did his 12th standard from NIOS. He is at present working in SBI as a clerk……so open education and distance degrees are 100% ALLOWED(provided the certificates/degree are recognised)…. Jus t Go AHEAD AND APPLY
