MBA Entrance Exams 2014

MBA Entrance exams 2014 and Important dates like Exam date,syllabus, counselling, admissions, colleges and application forms.

1. CAT (Common Aptitude Test) : Based on rotation policy, one of the Indian institute of management ( IIM ) will conduct this CAT exam.This is the most toughest exam in India.In the month of September of every year, the official CAT exam notification will publish at http://www.catiim.in/.This management degree having much demand , so many students will apply for this exam.The eligibility to apply for CAT Exam 2014 is graduation degree with 50 % marks.CAT Syllabus  or content covering different areas to test students ability in Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability.

2. CMAT (Common Management Aptitude Test ) : Recently AICET introduced this CMAT exam for the MBA admissions under it’s approved colleges. CMAT Syllabus consist of Quantitative Technique,Logical Reasoning,Language Comprehension and General Awareness sections. CMAT Notification 2014 will publish at http://www.aicte-cmat.in/College/Index_New.aspx in every year of September.There are thousands of MBA colleges working under AICTE, so this is the best choice for the students to get a MBA admission easily.

3. MAT (Management Aptitude Test):All India Management Aptitude Testing Service (AIMATS)  will conduct MAT exam in 4 times a year i.e in February, May, September and December for admissions in to MBA and it’s equivalent management studies.This is also a national level common MBA entrance exam, graduate students may opt take this test to get  a admissions in one of the  B schools in India.

 4. IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) :IIFT is an autonomous organization approved by the government of India offering 2 years, 3 years and executive MBA programs in it’ s own Delhi and Kolkata campuses. IIFT Notification 2014 will available shortly at http://www.iift.edu/.This entrance exam date will be on one of the Sunday of December 2014.Due to less number of seats in MBA, the selection process is bit of tough which follows exam, Essay Writing, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

5.SNAP (Symbiosis International University) :www.snaptest.org, SNAP is a common written test for Symbiosis PG programs, which will conduct in the month of December.SNAP question paper 2014 will consist of different topics like General English, Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning,Verbal Ability,Quantitative,Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency,General Awareness, Analytic & Logical Reasoning.

6.Xavier Admission Test (XAT) :XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute) will conduct the XAT exam in every year ,in the month of January.Students, who studying final year or graduation completed may apply for this exam.data interpretation,quantitative ability, analytical reasoning ,decision making and logical ability are the different topics included as XAT Syllabus for the written exam.

More over, there are few other famous MBA entrance exams available in India. They are

IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand),

TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences),

ATMA (Association of Indian Management Studies) and

NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test).
