ITBP Recruitment 2014 : Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India has released a notification for the recruitment of 497 Constable (Pioneer) Posts.The interested candidates can apply prescribed format application on or before 09-10-2014.

Total number of posts: 497 vacancies
Post Name is : Constable (Pioneer)
Discipline wise vacancies are :
1. Electrician: 135 Posts
2. Plumber: 90 Posts
3. Carpenter: 92 Posts
4. Welder: 04 Posts
5. Painter: 15 Posts
6. Mason: 161 Posts
Education Qualification :
Candidates should have Matriculation or equivalent from the recognized board with one year certificate from ITI or recognised institution or must have one year certificate in relevant trade.
Age Limit :
The candidates age must be in between 18 to 23 years of age.The relaxation in age is provided for all the reserved candidates.
Selection process :
The candidates selection will be made on the basis of following tests in
- Height Bar
- Race
- PST
- Biometric Identification
- Written test
- Trade Test
- Interview
- Checking of Documents
- Detailed Medical Exam.
Application fee :
By paying Rs.50 /- in any of the post office,should get Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS).These stamp should be pasted on the application form.Candidates belonging to SC/ST/EXS need not to pay fee.

Interested candidates may send the prescribed format application on or before last date by attaching all documents.
Documents to be attached with the application form is :
- Date of birth Certificate
- Caste certificate
- Passport or Pan Card or
- Voter ID or
- Adhar Card or
- Domicile Certificate,
- Professional/ Experience certificate,
- passport size photographs affixed on application duly attested by Gazetted Officer,
- 3 self-addressed envelopes of 4”X9” size with Rs. 5/- postage stamps affixed on each envelope, CRFS
