Chandigarh. Total number of posts: 45

Name of the post:

Stenographer Grade-III: 14 posts (General 11, SC 1, OBC 2)

Pay scale: Rs. 5910-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800/-

Clerk: 31 posts (General 21, SC 4, OBC 6)

Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.3200/-

Age limit:

Candidates should have their age Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years for General,

35 years for SC, 33 years for OBC and 45 years for Service Employees. As on the 01-01-2014.

Eligible Criteria:

Stenographer Gr-III:

The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a standard university and must have ability in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).

Clerk: 

The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a standard university. He should have passed matriculation with Hindi/Punjabi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).
